PROJECT

Renovation of a mid-century modern house with incredible city views. The single-story residence has an L-shaped floor plan embracing the garden.

White plaster walls with large ipe wood soffits accentuate the horizontal nature of the house. Reclaimed white oak floor boards complement the vertical-grain white oak ceiling. Motorized glass sliders open onto a covered porch with living and dining areas facing out to a courtyard and pool beyond.
