Original design by Guthrie + Buresh Architects. Built as a workhouse studio in 1995 and converted in 2007.
Now a fabulous residence with a loft style architecture where translucent exterior panel walls bring light from the manicured gardens in every space of the house.

It was a rare opportunity to work on this iconic building.
